Cancellation Policy

Reservations will only be confirmed and honoured where a guest provides a credit card guarantee.

The credit card guarantee will be accepted at time of reservation by the guest providing their credit card details over the phone or by Email, SMS, Fax or Post.

By supplying this information the guest agrees to pay for the room on the nights reserved regardless of whether they use the room.

Cancellation of reservations made over the internet are non-refundable. The cancellation policy advised on the internet site will apply.

For other reservations if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to arrival no charge will be made against the credit card supplied at the time of booking. However, special cancellation policies apply to peak periods and/or advance bookings where additional notice of cancellation will be required and deposits will be non-refundable.
